Maps of Rhiassa and The Realms

During his early days in the Realms Sir Aeston was an accomplised cartographer, being the author of the Realms Map from 999 to 1004. Eventually he passed of that duty as other needs took the fore, but his love of maps remained. Many years later, during the long and bleak winter of 1018, Aeston once again picked up his pen and straightedge and set himself upon the task of capturing the lands of the Realms in such stunning detail as had never been seen. With the cooperation of the rulers of those lands, Aeston created the below maps to aid in the preservation of the history of the Realms. Click on a map to bring up a larger version. These maps have appeared in the View from Valehaeven before being collected here along with histories and descrpitions of those lands in the articles. Links to those articles appear with the maps, though the maps pictured on the articles themselves may be outdated compared to the versions on this page.
